A water cooling tower is industrial heat recovery equipment that expels waste heat from process water to the atmosphere via evaporation and convection, then returns the cooled water to the system.
CTI (Cooling Technology Institute) Standards: HK Makine designs all models according to CTI performance, safety and environmental standards — ensuring measurable capacity guarantees on every delivered system. All key components — cooling tower fill media (film-type PVC), cooling tower nozzle system and cooling tower fan motor — are manufactured with domestic quality assurance.
The fundamental choice in industrial cooling systems is between open circuit water cooling tower and closed circuit water cooling tower. A package type cooling tower and a mini water cooling tower (HK17) are also available for smaller capacities.

Regular cooling tower maintenance and a correct water treatment programme are essential for efficiency, long service life and Legionella prevention.
Fan motor current and noise check, water basin level, nozzle blockage check, pH and conductivity measurement, belt tension adjustment, fill media cleaning.
Anti-scalant, corrosion inhibitor and biocide chemical programme is mandatory. Regular disinfection required between 25–45°C.
Fill media, fan motor, bearing and belt inspection/replacement. HK Makine offers 2–4 visits per year + emergency service guarantee across all 81 provinces.
