Refining Technologies
1. Neutralization System: Stabilization of acidic components and oxidation products in waste oil using chemical reagents. This process eliminates corrosive properties and optimizes pH balance.
2. Advanced Acid & Clay Filtration: The most reliable refining method. Polymeric wastes are precipitated with sulfuric acid; then color, odor, and microscopic impurities are adsorbed using active clay (Bleaching Earth).
Important Notice: Since temperature control is vital in our systems, the use of coal is strictly not recommended. Only digitally controlled resistances or thermal oil systems are integrated.
Innovative Solvent Extraction
This method separates unwanted aromatics and heavy metals from the oil using special solvents without damaging the chemical structure. It is eco-friendly, reduces sludge waste by 90%, and preserves the viscosity index of the base oil.

Can diesel (fuel) be obtained from waste oil?
Diesel production from waste oil is possible; however, as HK Makine, we recommend Base Oil production, which has a higher economic value. Our systems produce pure raw materials without disrupting the chemical chain of the oil.
How long does plant installation take and do you ship worldwide?
Manufacturing of our HK-ATK series plants takes place in Gaziantep. We provide turnkey installation and personnel training worldwide, including Algeria, Afghanistan, and Europe, within 45-60 days.
Is recycled oil as high quality as original oil?
Yes. Oil passing through vacuum distillation and neutralization processes is completely purified from metal and carbon waste. When correct additives are added, it provides original oil performance at API standards.
